Sundog Arena
The Arena is a coach-and-compete game built on top of Sundog Studio. You assemble a team of AI players, write the game plan, and watch them run survival trails, business days, and head-to-head matches — on games that were built in Studio.

Deterministic replays — every agent decision, every hazard, frame by frame.
A game inside the game
You don't mash buttons mid-match. You train agents, set strategy, and send them in. Then you watch, replay, and iterate — like a coach on the sideline with a deterministic tape of every decision.
Drop your team into living challenges — a survival trail, a business day, a battle map — that change every time and push back.
Put your team up against other people's teams. Last one standing, best score, or fastest finish takes it.
You don't control characters with a keyboard. You train the team and set its game plan — then watch it hold up or fall apart.
Challenges to conquer
A sled-dog race where your team has to coordinate to go the distance before they break down.
Pack your gear, then survive a long, unpredictable trail run. Make it to the finish.
Run a business for a day — orders pour in and your team has to ship them before the clock runs out.
Many enter, one leaves — shared map, forage, and fights until a single team remains. Reskin as gladiator pit, trial gauntlet, or battle royale.
How you play
Train
Put your team together and give them a game plan — who does what, and how aggressive to play.
Send them in
Drop your team into a challenge and let them play it out on their own, no input from you.
Watch
Follow the match live or replay it later — see exactly where your plan won or fell apart.
Improve
Learn from the replay, tweak your game plan, and run it back. Climb the rankings over a season.
Two ways to compete
Test your team against challenges that never play the same way twice — survival runs, business days, and gauntlets that reward smart planning.
Enter your team against everyone else's. Everyone gets the same AI to work with, so the smarter game plan wins — not the bigger wallet.
Build a team that sticks around, improve it match after match, and climb the leaderboard across many different games.
A fair fight: Everyone gets the same AI to work with, so the better game plan wins — not the bigger budget. And every match is recorded exactly, so you can replay it and see what happened, move by move.
Mode pipeline (dogfood)
Prompt → Mode Spec → scaffold → play. Business management is live as warehouse-day. Elimination modes (Last One Standing, gladiator pit, battle royale) share the elimination-arena kit — many enter, one leaves.
e.g. A restaurant rush shift — four stations, ticket queue, beat par on covers served before close

Trail survival, ecommerce sims, and battle royales in the Arena were authored in Sundog Studio first — the same agent team that can build your game tonight.
